Integrating with Gong
Mutiny’s Gong integration enables the Mutiny agent to pull in transcripts from recent calls to power your work in Mutiny.
Connecting to Gong
To get started, head to the integrations page in Mutiny
On the Gong integration card, click Connect - This will launch the Pipedream connection modal. Complete the connection steps through this Modal to connect to Mutiny
Using the Integration
With Gong connected, you can now ask the agent to reference call recordings and transcripts for real customer language, objections, and competitive mentions to power testimonials, battlecards, and deal-specific pages.
What can Mutiny access from Gong?
- Retrieve basic call data such as title, duration, and spoken language
- Create a call in Gong
- Retrieve user data such as ID, name, and phone number
- Read CRM integrations
- Retrieve Library folders details such as ID, name, last updated by and a list of calls in it
- Retrieve a list of all references to either a specific email address or phone call
- Create Gong meetings
- Send user engagement data events to Gong
- Retrieve a list of all workspaces
- Retrieve a call transcript
- Retrieve basic call data such as title, duration, and spoken language, and extended data such as interaction stats, list of speakers, and main topics of conversation
- Retrieve a URL that can be used to play and download the call media (audio or video)
The call media may contain PII and biometric data that should be handled according to the respective data protection and privacy laws and agreements you are bound to.
