Tracking Usage

The Usage page gives you a bird’s-eye view of how your team is using Mutiny, from credit spend to adoption. It’s the single place to see who’s active, what they’re building, and where credits are going.

Finding the Usage page

Click the menu in the bottom left, go to Settings, and select Usage.

With no filters applied, you’ll get a bird’s-eye view of your team’s activity: total credit usage, adoption, and a breakdown per user.

Filters

Time period. Choose a preset or set a custom range:

  • Contract to date
  • Current billing period
  • Last 30 days
  • Last 90 days
  • All time
  • Custom

Teams. Filter by any team you’ve created. For example, compare how many credits your BDR team has used against your enterprise sales team.

Members. Use the All Members dropdown to search for and select specific users to isolate their usage.

Credits view

With Credits selected, you’ll see a per-user breakdown showing:

  • Which team the member is on
  • Credits used in the selected time range
  • Where those credits went: threads, assets, templates, or routines

This is the fastest way to spot heavy users, unused seats, or teams that need more credit headroom.

Adoption view

Toggle to Adoption to see how your team is engaging with Mutiny beyond credit spend:

  • When each user was last active
  • When they joined
  • What they’ve created

Use this view to track rollout, identify power users, and find members who may need enablement.

Filtering by content type

You can also filter the dashboard by the content your team has created:

  • Threads: every thread being created by your users
  • Routines: the number of routines created and the credits they’ve used
  • Assets: total assets created in the selected time range, and how many are shared
  • Templates: who created each template, who’s using it, and when it was created
  • Skills: how many people have used each skill, who created it, the skill name, and other details

The Usage dashboard is a great tool for getting a bird’s-eye view of Mutiny across your org, and for drilling into exactly how your team is using it.
